All payouts from sponsors that were clearly adult were moved to FirstChoicePay
But if you also receive payments from non adult sponsors and sponsors that are not soley adult or don't look adult from the outside (like WebClicks in your example) it remains on Payoneer, so then you'd need an account with both FCP and Payoneer
