I have a domain, on which I used subdomains for translated versions of the site but I no longer use these subdomains. Subdomains still appear in search results, though. How do I request a removal? I tried to request Remove URLs but it won't let me request urls from subdomains. Do I have to add each subdomain to Search Console and request removal? I have also tried crawl and fetch as Google but that did not work. I still see the results with the subdomains, which are no longer being used, when I search in Google for the base url of the domain. Very strange.
Advice on this will be greatly appreciated!
