Benghazi.
I am not being silly here. I am being dead serious.
We heard about Benghazi in the news for how long? There was nothing of interest with what happened in Benghazi, nothing at all.... Yet how many investigations did we have into Benghazi? Six? Nine? It was in the news for what - two fucking years? We knew, we absolutely knew, that there was no wrong doing in Benghazi. This was a terrorist attack we didn't see coming, couldn't have stopped, and nothing we could have done would changed the outcome. Yet we had nearly a dozen investigations and it was front page news for two years? During the election?
Then we have the email bullshit. Everyone knew that it just isn't illegal to send classified information via email using a private server. It just isn't illegal. In fact, it was a common practice at the State Department and Congress - Republicans did it too. How many investigations did we have into Hillary's email practices, and how many investigations did we have into the Republicans that used a similar set up?
Do you where I am coming from? Both Benghazi and the email crap were pure bullshit - fake news. This was complete bullshit created by the Republican party with the only intention of making Hillary look bad. This is politics, and it's pure fucking bullshit. Instead of doing their jobs, they are playing games.
This crap with Russia.... There is no doubt in anyone's mind that Russia intentionally influenced our election. This was huge and massive. They hacked the DNC and released confidential information with the intention of influencing our election, attempted to hack voting machines, and so much more. We know this for a fact. At the same time when Drumpf was a candidate he was encouraging the hacking, one of his associates (Roger Stone) was bragging about having a direct line into the hackers and announcing leaks before they happened, and now we are uncovering secret meetings with Russians that shouldn't have been secret at all, and then we have a large number of people in the Trump campaign & administration that have received money directly from the Russian government - tens of millions of dollars.
Yes, we need to investigate this. This is not some bullshit about a terrorist attack we couldn't prevent or a classified information that was never leaked to the public; This has the potential to be the biggest crime ever committed against the United States. I don't know if any of this is true, but if you cannot see the connections you are blind.
Trump shouldn't be silent on this issue and trying to shut down the investigation and obstructing justice; Trump should be leading the charge in the investigation. Anything less than that is un-American.
You can say this Russia investigation is bullshit and I'll just say....
