Yep, I know exactly what it means.
If this is true, it would mean people on the Trump campaign were working with someone who was in touch with the Russian government hackers. That would be a conspiracy. It would also be illegal cooperation if they were trying to steal the election. At the very least everyone involved could be charged with treason.
