I fail to understand the Republican rallying cry "She's criminal".
Even if she was guilty of all of the above, none of them are crimes. Also, none of these are really done by the State Department - this would be done by the CIA.
If any of this was true and she violated any law, wouldn't she had been investigated by now? I mean, we've had a dozen investigations into Hillary and all of them came back with no charges.
