Check out Dzierżoniów as well. It's a little further out then Sobótka, and Sobótka has much more "nature" feel to it but the property is cheap and if you don't mind buying something with a shittier looking interior and renovating, it may be the way to go.

But overall as I wrote - Sobótka if you want cheap, peaceful nice and out of town, or try to find something around me if you want to be closer to the city (ie for when kids go to college).
