Alpha male -- You become president of a country and stay in power for years while you transform it into a kleptocracy and make yourself one of the richest men in the world. You order hits on journalists and opposition figures. You invade a neighboring country.
Fake alpha male -- you boast and brag about your supposed accomplishments. You try to prove how manly your are with some kind of bear trap, wrestling move handshake. Not only do you insult women, but you do it on the internet. You run businesses into the ground which only existed in the first place because of daddy's money. You talk a tough game about Mexico but puss out when you get in front of the Mexican president -- then get tough on Twitter again once you get back home.
See the difference? Do you expect Vladamir Putin to kill people with his own bare hands?
