Exactly. The law is about whatever trade you do, they can't have one law for the doctors, one for the nurse and one for everyone else. So they decide according to the law.

It's up to the hospital to provide free parking, or not. With hospitals in cities, it's ludicrous that money should go to parking facilities for people to travel to and from work and not on the patients.

The hospital pays for a parking pass for all the nurses and doctors, so it doesn't spend money on a few dialysis machines.
