No one is crimal unless they are found guilty of a crime,. The reason this law was created was because of abuse. Cops were stealing cash from people in traffic stops claiming they must be deali g drugs if they carry a lot of cash.
The whole thing was a disgrace and now Trump/ Sessions wants them to do it again. This entire admin needs to be flushed down the dirtiest toliet on earth.
