Eye contact is not obligatory when a woman chooses to dress like that. I wouldn't just stare directly at her tits, but I wouldn't try to hide that I'm stealing a few quick looks during our chat. If she doesn't like it, then why did she wear that? But trust me, she likes it when you look.
Please don't mistake this for one of those woman hating rants you can see around here. I love women, and have no problem with a girl showing her stuff because she's got it and knows it. More power to her. But she doesn't have any right to be mad about a man doing what he's biologically programmed to do...which is to look at beautiful tits.
