Well having no plan and no idea of how the health system even works hasn't worked out too well for Trump has it?
If you go back and listen to a great leader, like Obama was, he explains the plan, the short comings, the failures and what's required to fix it. And admits he will be the first to back any new plan that works. He also explains why a straight repel with no plan was doomed to fail.
