Just to make things clear.

We agreed to make the deal by paxum escrow.

But after I send the escrow, he said that he want I release the escrow before transfering the site ( so basicly it was not an escrow just giving him hard cash before seeing anything )

After few hours of trying to make a deal satisfying both of us, we didn't find a way we agreed. So I canceled the deal, stop the transfert and reject the escrow.
