If you want to blame a president, blame Harry S. Truman.
Trump has himself in this unique situation now, do nothing except words and leave it for the next president or take action and kill millions in the process.
Which incidentally is the same as Clinton, Bush and Obama, no one wanted the blood on their hands and I doubt Trump will either.. except his mouth might bring it on.
