Should the right to free speech extend online?

Free speech does not exist on the internet with corporations moderating speech. This is supported by those who say "using facebook is not a right" or "youtube can choose what they want on their servers."

The problem is we do not have a digital public space where free speech is guaranteed.

Should internet services meeting certain criteria be deemed public places where all speech is protected?
