Right now they I use this payment plan: it depends on amount of popunders (number of banners) You use during work with it. so if You use 600 K popunders - then You will have to refill your account with 50 bucks. if you use 1.4 M of pops - you will have to pay 100 bucks, if You use 5 M (my favorite plan) - You pay 300 bucks and as soon as You pay it - You will have this amount of pops on your balance and it will start counting down every day.
