Paul, I dunno what fanasty land you live in but the tax payer will always be picking up the bill.. Under this Trump care is actually worse than the last 3 attempts.
All this is Paul, is a gutting of Medicare and a tax cut for the rich.. It provides less coverage than Obamacare at a much higher price, but people like you who don't even live here argue that's great!
