true about cost of living...but still I think that Croats level of life is better..
Plus, dont forget that they are both part of EU. So any Slovenian or Croat can proudly drive his Yugo car to Berlin or other Brussels and participate in biggest gay pride parade ever made
However, Croats will have to have their car checked before they will enter Schengen, as they are not part of the Schengen
