Grow those accounts - let them have a lot of followers, by posting sexy images, etc. Keep your followers engaged.
Basically you will need:
- PVA's (PVA = phone verified accounts)
- Proxies
- Dedicated Windows server or a medium VPS (running Windows) will do too.
- Instagram softare (your command center) - like FollowLiker, MassPlanner or better yet a custom made software just for Instagram purpose.
You can promote dating offers, sex shops, and so on.
