Most transgenders are not stupid people. They know what parts they were born with. They know if they are biologically male or female. They don't question that. When they call themselves a man or woman, its only to appease the social norm. Its the gender they identify with not the SEX.
Psychology and Sociology evolve over time, we have new terms for things now. Now we have transgender, transsexual, MTF, FTM, cisgender..
