Maybe someone can help me.
Anyone familiar with W-9 forms?

Since July 2017, Playboy require his affiliates to send a W-9 form (or W-8BEN in my case) in order to receive payments. I have a pendent payment in there to receive, but I'm afraid to send this form signed. After I send to them, what happens next? Are they going to contact my country finances to pay taxes?

Is there any Portuguese webmaster around familiar with this forms?
