Also the USA can not use nukes, because the radioactive fallout will kill lots of South Koreans and seriously hurt a whole their country. Also China and Russia will not tolerate it too (we don't need that radioactive shit on our land). Get it literally, if some US navy forces will be a cause of a nuclear fallout on Russian and Chinese territories, they will be destroyed. This is not Iraq, Somalia or Yemen. The only way to defeat Kim is a ground operation. But NK is not so easy target as Vietnam was. It's a highly militarized country where every citizen is in service and well trained.
