Male soldiers aren't the same, their endurance varies.

But then there are female soldiers, whos strength and endurance varies. And they are a couple levels below men.

So if you take the strongest female soldier, she can barely compare to the weakest male soldier.

All in all, if you factor in personal "variables", women still can't compete with men on the battlefield.
