Hoping that you'll be able to convert on such huge and poor market is quite difficult and waste of time IMHO.
I would suggest just putting shit load of ads from
ExoClick (banners and native ads) and popups from
AdsTerra,
PopCash, plugs and pops from
PlugRush and would just to squeeze every cent I could get from these wankers
