You need 200 free regs a month to decide working it or not
Strange ratio uv/regs if your traffic is from seo... Seems like it was bots.
On seo traffic you should get very good ratio , like ~1:20
On Chaturbate you should target countries from Tier1 - in Stripcash too.
If you will have many targeted traffic and regs from lets say India or Bangladesh - 1000 of regs will not bring any income.
