At its peak there's been up to 3000, I think now its under 1800
So hardly a decimal point in refugee numbers arriving here..
The slight problem in your arguments is there are none from Indonesia or Papua New Guinea, our bordering countries.
Vast majority come thru Indonesia, which is a Muslim country, even has areas with Sharia law, if that's what you seek. Now if you look at a map you will note that countries like Iraq, Iran and Syria do not border with Indonesia either the only way you get there is by plane. So these so called refugees have travelled thru or over several countries that are all perfectly safe to live in and they arrive in Indonesia with one way tickets, and normally stay in an Indonesian village for 1-12 months waiting for the next boat.
These are not people trying to escape a corrupt regime, They've already escaped that.
ie.. not refugees no matter how they spin it.
