Hey, everybody. It's been no secret since Kink.com moved the shooting out of the Armory that the porn company was operating (as one former employee put it to me) "as a flock of contractors flying in loose formation". I had been in regular contact with Jesse Garza about the legacy affiliate links that broke in June of 2016 which he was assuring me were still going to be repaired but our last email exchange was in early November. He was also handling my other (very slight) affiliate needs.
His last participation here was on 12/1/2017. An email I sent him in late December got no response; a phone message I left him in January likewise, along with emails to him, to the regular
[email protected] address, and to the "emergency" email in the kinkydollars interface, which looks like it's just a different email address for Jesse in any case. (They haven't had anyone in the formal affiliate manager role in close to a year.)
It's not that I have an emergency, it's just that we have unfinished business (all the broken legacy links) and current business (some content access issues) and given how good Jesse always was about staying in touch, it's beginning to look like he's probably no longer part of the loose flock of contractors.
Hence my question: does anybody have current access to anybody who is handling affiliate issues for Kink.com/Kinkydollars?
It all may be moot soon in any case. If Peter just got as big a payout selling the Armory as it looks like he did, he's either gonna reinvest some of the loot in the struggling porn business (would you?) or sell off what remains to the Manwich people.
