I blame the easy access to high capacity weapons.. for that reason it is the NRA who is to blame because they lobby on behalf of the gun and ammo manufacturers who sell these weapons..
The NRA used to be a gun safety organization but now they are just a lobbyist for the gun manufacturers.
If these nutters couldn't get their hands on guns with 30 round clips or high capacity pistols the nutters wouldn't be killing 14 people and wounding countless others.. in a single shooting..
