I'm not aware of Namesilo offering financing, but if the seller is willing to accept installments, you can use Escrow.com's
secure domain name holding service to ensure delivery after all payments have been made.
Escrow.com is highly recommended for valuable domains.
Namesilo pricing is excellent, but user interface is just ok.
