Hey Denny, thank you for the suggestion. I used both online and paid manual services for the appraisals awhile back, had several offers back then in the rage as appraised but passed, comes down to supply and demand, and it?s fair to say they are high; but more as reference then anything else. However some do receive high direct type-in traffic so I may develop a few as posted. I do appreciate the advice.
