You only get Measles once then you are immune for life, it is just some spots and a temerature, I had it myself, enjoyed the time off school. As you say the risk is very small, 1 in 10000, and that is normally someone low on vitamin A or with an existing health condition. Whereas the risk of the MMR vaccine is far greater, causing seizures in 1 in 640. The vaccines has not been studied properly, the former head of the NIH said it is time to conduct the necessary studies, but as always the industry avoids them. The only time they did do a proper study on it, a CDC whistleblower confirmed they had to destroy the incriminating data, as the fall out was going to be too bad.
