Israel lost control of the land that was once in their control. They have now retaken control of the land that was once theirs. The Indians lost control of what is now the USA and they have every right to retake control if and when they become powerful enough to do so.
In the real world might is "right". Possibly when mankind has been out of the caves 300,000 years instead of 30,000 years that may change but for now it is reality. So the weak are at the mercy of the strong just as they have always have been.
