Here you will "do" school under police force or you will be taken out from your family and sent to a special school for underage imbeciles (it's like a prison, but worse). At least for 9 years. After that you can do anything you want. Ah, I forgot. If you're not a girl you will have to serve a year in the army. Course if you are not a disabled one and have no serious problems with your health.
You can not just reject to go to school or to serve in army. There is an official punishment for that.
