The trick is it goes to another domain (pornhubpremium.com). So they don't process for pornhub.com but for pornhubpremium.com and on that domain they block all the videos/search/keywords that are not allowed by the acquirers/visa/mc (and they also block all videos that are obviously copyrighted and not from their content partners)
