Some sites are banned in where I am now. I want to access these sites without taking the risk to have my internet connection blocked by I don't know who (the government? the ISP?).
There is not clear list of banned sites but I tried once to see if it works and it didn't. My ISP warned me with a big red message written in a language I couldn't even read
want to avoid that.
