"Basically an amateur porn with good cameras" will get you nowhere ! The only way is to set up your own TVOD platform ( It is not that expensive. For SVOD you need at least 100 h of content and update often. That kills or make stagnate most of them) A good camera today is less then 1000 dollars, a model who looks good and gives you what you want will cost about the same per day... Loose loose situation: what you need is this :
1) scripted and unique content ( even if it looks "amateur" there is an art in " professional to look amateur")
2) models must look good ( and even if amateur they must "comply" with certain standards)
3) you must plan to fill a niche which is either underrepresented or done badly.
( which is mos tbof them ;))
4) you must invest to have a MINIMUM of 10 even better 20 hours of finished material.
5) and once you have it, then to get your money back and to make a profit is not that hard.
The forumale is 30% of profit within 12 months of release..
What you also need to realize is the following: To cut out the "lumpenproletariat" who will sign up and pay 9.99 for SVOD watch it all until their penis falls off and then stop paying, is NOT the right strategy..What you want is more sophisticated viewer, who will pay the 9.99 for a single hour of good content.... and here is the catch.... that he liked it enough to come back for the next 20 hours and 9.99 a pop.
Generally : 10 K will get you 13 K, 100 K will get you 130 etc...and by a smaller increment every year thereafter.
Blowing a couple thousand and hoping to win "millions" is waste of time. Better spend it on trip to Vegas and a prayer
