I think this thread is not going to help you, it is sad they would not even help you after you know them so good. It tells me again that some people are so ungrateful. Sorry for your money lose.
BTW, maybe you should talk to Dan Epstein? he is still on Skype. And fairly responsive. I do know he is going through some rough times also
