The mandatory daily bed fill quota by law by ICE is doing nothing to stop the issue and if anything its making it more lucrative for these private prisons company's like CCA and GEO Group make a killing in profits. Lets not forget the fact senators on both sides are receiving money from these company's. This is the number one issue why immigration has not been fixed. We are creating a business for them by not fixing our laws and our own congress is culprits to this.
