Very nice detailed review. I read about Jeannette and Chas after your last post about this, since I have an investment property in the area. After reading other negative reviews besides yours, it seems they are a couple of incompetent fraudsters and now completely out of real estate. Wonder if Chas lost his license as he has a completely different job now.
