I do not know one country, or town, or person who would prefere to live with blacks instead of regular neighborhood. Even in S. Africa things are still segregated and educated blacks do not want to live with blacks. OF is a flamboyant homo who would had his ass kicked by bunch of blacks. I bet he lives in all white suburban neighborhood.
