For example, you give a person a choice like "agree" "disagree" and then pair words like "jewish"+"educated" or whatever.

What they measure is the total time in milliseconds when making the choice. Though people will general make the socially correct choice, that 100-200ms hesitation is there when they don't truly agree and then conscious thinking comes online and makes the decision to make the socially acceptable choice... causing the delay as conscious mental processes are measurably slow.

When they start testing words like "black"+"trustworthy" and similar combinations of course EVERYONE hesitates.

The funny part? Each race holds the same views about themselves and others that other races do. In other words, a black person will score roughly the same on a test about blacks as a white person or Asian etc. When the words are "black"+"trustworthy", they also score the same as anyone else for unconscious bias.

Of course... science + well established fact and i'm still "racist" for talking about it.
