Question for liberals who say people are racist if they don't want to live around black people
Let's say you're married with kids, and your daughter goes off to college, and she gets a good summer internship in Washington DC.
She calls you up, asking for your advice on choosing subsidized housing options. Her choices:
a) East side of Washington DC, in a black neighborhood, for $800/month.
b) West side of Washington DC, in a white neighborhood, for $1,000/month.
Both have equal commute times to work.
That's all the info you have, and she needs to make a decision ASAP (deadline).
Do you recommend that she choose:
a) East side / black neighborhood, because it would be a good multicultural experience, and it's cheaper.
b) West side / white neighborhood, because white neighborhoods are safer, and worth the extra cost.
