I prefer living by the beach in a warm climate. I lived 5 years in Australia on the beach, 10 years in California by the beach before that. Another 10 years now in California by the beach since Australia. I'm looking at land to buy inland now. 25 years living on the beach or within walking distance and I've experienced it enough. Maybe I'll be back I dunno. I think I want to live where there are seasons, but not too cold at winter. Not sure.
