Customer friendliness costs
We hire 12 people now, costs a bit to run the joint. In the grand scheme of things, we'll selling a b2b business tool. It's meant to make you money and the cost of it in comparison to literally any other business is tiny. Try opening even a bakery - spend 10x the cost of our software and you won't even have the shelves to place the bread you sell let alone the equipment to cook it
