I live in Washington Heights in NYC, a Spanish neighborhood (el barrio). Racists probably would not feel comfortable there. Me? I feel safer here than down on Wall Street or Tribeca or Chelsea (all white).
I judge people by their BEHAVIORS, not the color of their skin, gender or what they look like. Try it sometime.
