Can't get cash till now.
Paxum don't want to return me back $2 charges for CORRECT PIN CODE ENTERING ATTEMPTS!

I changed pin code once when my card balance was $0.
And your system said that the pin code was changed successfully.

I tried to get cash from ATM.

I entered my new pin code - ATM said "wrong pin". Then I entered first pin code that I got when I activated the card.
ATM said the same "wrong pin".

I removed the card from the ATM and repeated it again.

Your system misled me when I changed the pin code at zero balance on the card. The system said that the pin code was changed successfully.

Please return me back my $2. And I'll try again to change the pin code.
