That's sort of what they do. Im pretty sure they stopped running ads on all channels with less than 1000 subscribers, which I'm guessing is probably millions of channels. They obviously can do whatever they want. But they're going to stir shit up and be questionned about it when they pick and choose what channels to host for free with no ads and which ones they don't want to host for free.
I don't really care either way. Gay frog Jones is probably loving the attention regardless.
