I have contacted choicebank liquidator once again at
[email protected] (really odd a gmail email for this) and received and email with the following:
"The Claim Forms are already on the website (www.choicebanklimitedinliquidation.com)."
Don't know which of all forms should I complete. And it seems they should be signed by a notary.
This is a disaster.
