This is the one thing that had me scratching my head over the passing of SESTA/FOSTA, as it got rid of a bunch of those Safe Harbor provisions, which
*TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE* is what was protecting search engines, sites running on UGC, and so on.
