The judge ordered Tommy not to film the people coming out of court. Tommy filmed the people coming out of court. Tommy went to jail for contempt of court. Right?
It's not that he was filming those creeps, it's that the judge ordered him not to and he did anyway. Doing what a judge tells you not to do doesn't usually end well.
