Age Verification law has movemnet !
Yesterday, DCMS "laid" the Guidance before Parliament for the BBFC. This will now have a few weeks of comment and debate but its unlikely there will be much change. Thankfully, a detailed certification scheme will be offered to AV providers to document their approach to data, security and more. Personally, I love the idea of this ! Still expect a full go live Q1 next year and January will be a crazy month for sign ups !
